Every March, staff and students in preschool through grade eight prepare for Right to Read Week, sponsored by Hudson PTO. This week-long literacy celebration focuses on the joy of reading and writing, culminating with an author visit where students learn how an author brings their stories to life and creates a published book. This year, East Woods will host children’s author and photographer David FitzSimmons. To order books signed by the author, visit Hudson PTO Store. Books will come home with students after seeing David's presentation. Right to Read Week will take place Monday, March 17 - Friday, March 21.
